Privacy policy
Social Content (social-content.ivyroadmap.org) is operated by The Ivy League Roadmap (“we”). Access is by invitation.
What we collect
- Your sign-in identity. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. If you sign in with an emailed code, we use your email address to send the code.
- What you make. The descriptions, comments and pictures you give Social Content, and the posts it makes from them.
- Standard service logs, such as IP address and time of a request.
How we use it
Your sign-in identity is used to check that you have been invited and to keep you signed in, with a cookie that lasts up to 30 days. We do not use your Google account for anything else. What you make is used only to make and show you your posts. We do not sell data and we do not show ads.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Who else sees it
Social Content runs on trusted cloud providers that host the service, store your content and help generate your posts. They process your data only to provide Social Content to you. We do not share your sign-in identity with anyone else.
How long we keep it
A post and everything you gave Social Content to make it are kept until you delete the post. Sign-in codes expire within minutes. To have anything else removed, email us.
